We are currently seeking an outgoing, high-energy, self-motivated, and organized individual to lead our team canvassers! This opportunity is perfect for individuals with previous canvassing/sales management experience who have a successful track record.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations of canvassing function including supervision and participation in door-to-door canvassing, recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating travel to canvassing locations.
• Inspire your canvassing team to hit daily lead generation goals that support the needs of the RIHI sales team.
• Ensure the canvassing team is representing the RIHI brand well by representing the values and mission of the RIHI brand.
• Initial and ongoing training, and coaching, of the canvassing team to inspire them meet/exceed daily goals to achieve bonus compensation.
• Monitor and maintain the supply needs of the canvassing team.

Qualifications

• Previous management and/or door-to-door canvassing experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills that will motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations.
• Outgoing, articulate, and confident individual who thrives in social settings and loves meeting new people.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Working mobile smart phone.
• Basic PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Income and Benefits

• Base annual wage $52,000 commensurate with experience plus the potential to earn up to $40,000 annually in performance bonuses.
